The Centennial My FavoriteMuffin & Bagel Cafés are owned & operated by Highlands Ranch & Parker residents Eric Abbott and Mark Rank. Friends since their days at the University of Iowa, the two realized a longtime dream of owning their own business with the opening of the first My Favorite Muffin & Bagel Café on Arapahoe Road in April of 1995. They opened the Dry Creek store in 1997 and have enjoyed continued growth and success at each of the stores throughout the years.
